Site plans and permit drawings for projects anywhere in Florida, prepared from our Orlando office and checked against your city or county before drafting.
Permit rules in Florida are set at more than one level. The state adopts the building code, and each city or county adds zoning rules, submittal checklists and local amendments. That is why every Florida project starts with the property address.

Florida adopts one statewide building code, the Florida Building Code. Each of the 67 counties, and most cities, run their own building department. The county reviews permits for unincorporated areas, and incorporated cities usually review permits inside their own limits.
Local offices add their own zoning code, submittal checklist and review steps on top of the state code. That is why two projects of the same size can need different sheets in Orlando, Tampa or Miami.
We work remotely from our Orlando office. Send the property address and a short description of the project. We confirm the reviewing office and its requirements, then send a written scope and price before drafting starts.
