Is the first quote free?+
Yes. An initial written project quotation is available without a purchase obligation. Substantial technical investigation may require a separately agreed service.
Does $695 include a PE stamp?+
No. Licensed PE review, sealing and structural calculations are included only if explicitly listed in your written agreement.
Can I order only a deck site plan?+
Yes, where a site-plan-only service is appropriate for the permit requirements and available property information.
Are city fees, surveys or inspections included?+
Not automatically. Third-party and government costs are excluded unless specifically included in the accepted proposal.
Can you provide engineering on plans I already have?+
Existing drawings can be submitted for evaluation. Additional calculations, changes or licensed review may be required.
Do you offer contractor or rush pricing?+
Contractor volume arrangements and expedited production may be available based on scope and scheduling; we confirm the rate and deadline in writing.
How do payments and revisions work?+
The proposal explains the starting payment, any milestones and reasonable original-scope revision provisions. Major design changes may require a new quote.
What if the city sends further comments?+
Send the full review letter and current plans. We assess whether corrections fit the original agreed scope or require further work.
